Job Description :

Urgent need for a CT Tech-imaging for one of our client which is a medical center

• Job Location: 1501 W Chisholm St, Alpena, MI 49707
• Shift: Days(8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Minimum years of experience: 2year

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• (35%)* Perform computer tomography studies following protocol
• (30%)* Administer intravenous (IV) and oral contrast as required for procedures according to protocols
• (20%)* Provide radiation protection for patients, self, and others using gonadal shielding and collimation where applicable
• Assisting the radiologist in the performance of sterile procedures.
• Practicing sterile technique.
• Obtaining pertinent clinical history.
• Identifying an allergic reaction or any other urgent medical condition and will notify and assist the radiologist in the treatment of such a situation

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience - Required
• Travel - Preferred  
• Epic - Required 
• Toshiba or Canon Experience - Highly Preferred
• BLS (AHA) and ARRT - Required
