Urgent need for a Phlebotomist for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Job Location: 3300 Oakdale Ave N Robbinsdale, MN 55422
• Shift: Nights (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

• Serves patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures.
• Verifies test requisitions by comparing information with nursing station log and bringing discrepancies to the attention of unit personnel.
• Verifies patient identification and explains sampling procedures to patients.
• Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Experience in a Hospital Setting - Required
• Phlebotomy Certification - Required
• 1+ Years of Experience with Drawing Blood - Required
• EPIC Experience - Preferred
• BLS Required
• Covid vaccination Required
