• Job Name: Behavioral Healthcare Provider
• Job Location: Grafton ,OH 44044
• Shift: 7:00 AM -3:45 PM
• Duration of Contract: 1 Years
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $39/hr

• Ohio Medical License
• CPR card preferred
• MUSTHAVE- position calls for an independently licensed person (LISW, LICDC or LPCC - JUST an LSW will not be acceptable

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Manages day-to-day operation of the institution recovery services program: develops & implements policies & procedures for theprogram; coordinates & participates in quality assurance activities; participates in personnel management tasks including recruitment, interviewing, training & recommendations for hire; supervises employees assigned to the recovery services program;directs & manages treatment activities of the recovery services staff; provides in-service training & evaluations; monitor & record program attendance; maintains necessary data documents required by Ohio MHAS & Ohio Department of Rehabilitation &Corrections (ODRC).
• Provides alcohol & other drug treatment services to inmates in the program (e.g., treatment planning, treatment recommendation, progress notes, individual & group counseling).Serves as institution representative on statewide committees for alcohol & other drug related issues; must conduct themselves professionally, & in a law-abiding manner at all times & in accordance with the Ohio MHAS& ODRC Standards of Employee Conduct; attends meetings, conferences, workshops as directed; assists with public relations for programs; serves on institution committees; performs security functions; performs other duties as assigned.
