**Quick Start**

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for multiple openings in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

• Pay: $28/hr
• Job Location: Lake Isabella, CA 93240
• Shift: Night Shift
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours per week: 36

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current, active California CNA Certification (required)
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
• Minimum 3 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills & Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care and comfort measures
• Maintain a safe and clean resident environment
• Support nursing staff with patient care activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Document care appropriately using PointClick EMR
