**Quick Start**

Looking for CNA Long Term Care (LTC) one of our client which is Nursing & Rehabilitation Center,

• Job Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950
• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Every Other Weekend Required)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours per week: 36

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• BLS Certificate is required
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights
• Assist with ADLs (toileting, bathing, transferring)
• Monitor and report changes
• Obtain vitals and weights
