**Quick Start**

Looking for CNA Long Term Care (LTC) one of our client which is a Hospital ,

• Pay rate: $30/hr
• Job Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950
• Shift: PM Shift (2pm-10pm)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours per week: 36
• every other weekend Required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active WI State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• BLS Certificate is required
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights
• Assist with ADLs (toileting, bathing, transferring)
• Monitor and report changes
• Obtain vitals and weights
