**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a Ultrasound Technologist with our client, which is a Medical Center

• Job Location: Fairfield, CA 94533
• Shift: Wed, Thurs, Fri and every other weekend from 3 PM - 11:30PM hours. (40 hours 1 week, then 24 hours the next).
• Duration of Contract: 13 Weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Note :$500 will be the project completion bonus if once successfully completed the project

Pay rate: $72/hr

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

"Coordinates daily patient schedule for U/S. Performs U/S studies and insures correct processing and handling. Helps in other areas of radiology such as front desk, reception, etc. Insures proper equipment maintenance and cleanliness. Assists clerical staff when possible. Attends seminars and in-services. Takes call and standby as needed. Promotes a cooperative and positive relationship with physicians and other hospital staff/departments.

1. Performs ultrasound examinations in accordance to established protocols.
2. Assists and instructs patients prior and during examinations.
3. Responsible for evaluating each study to ensure it meets required quality standards.
4. Responsible for patient confidentiality, safety and well being during examinations.
5. Responsible for inspecting and cleaning equipment prior to use.

Skills:

• Candidates must have vascular experience (40%-50% of cases), OB and peds experience required as well.
• RDMS/ARRT required
• License Primary Source Verification
• BLS Copy required
• Covid Vaccination Required
