Urgent need for Cardiac Catheterization Lab Staff RN position for one of our client which is a Medical Center

• Job Name: Cardiac Catheterization Lab Staff RN
• Job Location: Pikeville, KY 41501
• Shift: Days
• Duration of Contract: 13weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 48 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $65/hr

Job Description:

• Demonstrates basic competency in specialized procedures/equipment, i.e.
• Cardiac Monitoring
• Care of and/or recovery of patient pre/post interventional cardiac procedures
• Care of patients with vascular closure devices: application, maintenance, and removal
• Maintain/Pull Arterial and/or Venous Sheaths
• ACT machine • Angioseal/Vasoseal
• Minimal Sedation

Position Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license required.
• CPR required BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EKG required.
• 2 years’ experience required, 5 years preferred.
