Urgent need for Cath Lab Tech position for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Job Title: Tech - Cath Lab
• Job Location: Port Huron, MI 48060
• Shift: 7:30A - 3:30P (5 days/week)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• On Call Requirements: On Call during the week, weekends, and Holidays.

Pay Rate: $70/hr

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree in Radiology Technology or Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography Program
• ARRT registered-Required
• BLS certification Required
• ACLS certification within one (1) year of hire- Required
• One (1) year Vascular and Cardiac Cath lab or Special Procedures experience, preferred
• Michigan license verification is required

Job Description:

• prepping patients for procedures by taking vital signs, starting IVs, interviewing for medical history, and explaining the procedure.
• Preparing and maintaining sterile fields and equipment, including specialized medical equipment like fluoroscopy machines.
• Assisting cardiologists during cardiac catheterization procedures, angioplasties, stent placements, and electrophysiology studies.
