Urgent need for a Certified Medical Assitant for one of our client which is a Hospital

Job Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266

Shift: Days

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week

Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

• Greet patients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls.
• Respond to emails.
• Collect patients' personal information.
• Validate patients' payment methods and medical aid coverage.
• Take vital signs.

Position Requirements:

• 1 year current Clinical experience - Required
• CMA or LPN can be considered
• If CMA, MUST have national certification (ex. AMT)
• If LPN, MUST have Iowa state license
