Urgent need for CSRT a for one of our client which is a Medical Center.

• Job Location: Keene, NH 03431
• Shift: Varied (8 HR)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours:40 hrs/week
• On Call Requirements: Night & weekend call rotation
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Position Requirements:

• 4+ years or more current experience - Required
• Excellent Communication Skills - Required
• OR experience - Preferred
• Covid Vaccine - Required
