Urgent need for a Certified Surgical Technologist for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: Norman, OK 73072
• Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (8 Hour Days)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (15 Call Shifts Per Month / Every Other Weekend)

Pay rate: $65/hr

Job Description:

• Lifts instrument sets, supplies, etc., weighing up to 40 lbs. as needed for patient care. Assists in positioning patients on surgery table.
• Pushes case carts weighing about 100 lbs. from central core to OR suite. Pushes and pulls patient carriers/beds, both with and without patients. Assists in transferring anesthetized patients from the OR table to carrier.
• Stands in one place for long periods of time. Stands and walks continuously. Must be able to rush in a crisis. Bends, stoops, squats, twists and reaches.

Position Requirements:

• BLS (AHA) - Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• 5 years experience - Required
• Surg tech certification - Required
• OK License or Compact - Required
