We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team.

• Pay rate: $60/hr
• Job Location: Bozeman, MT 59715
• Candidates must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to qualify.
• Shift: Variable Shift
• Contract Weeks: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40Hrs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (or military equivalent)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• 1+ year experience in an acute care operating room

Job description:

• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies based on preference cards
• Ensure case carts are complete and ready for procedures
• Coordinate with OR staff and sterile processing teams for instrumentation needs
• Review surgical schedules and anticipate workflow or turnover delays
• Serve as a resource for supply and instrumentation procurement
• Communicate effectively with materials management and clinical teams
