Urgent need for a CST/Surgical Tech for one of our client which is a Medical Center

Job Location: 5555 W Thunderbird Rd, Glendale, AZ 85306

Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift Notes: 6:30AM - 3:00PM/40 hours scheduled/30 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel up to 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs

Minimum years of experience: 2 year

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Collecting used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting and decontamination.
• Manually cleaning supplies of contaminants, removing waste matter, and operating and maintaining decontamination equipment.
• Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
• Monitoring and operating sterilization equipment.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 24 months of experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• BLS Required
• Covid and FLU Vaccination required
• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered
