Searching for a family or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner for one of our client which is Correctional Facility,

• Job Name: Correctional/Nurse Practitioner
• Job Location: Lebanon, OH, 45036
• Shift: Day Shift
• Duration of Contract: 3 Months
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs
• Note : male population in facility

Pay rate: $70/hr

Submissions must include:

• Resume
• Healthcare-professional level CPR certification
• Ohio License
• Copy of Board Certification
• A Drug Enforcement Administration certification
• at least one year of working NP experience in primary care
• COVID vaccine card or exemption letter
• ANCC Certificate

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Monitors progress of patients and intervenes in the course of chronic illness.
• Performs routine physical examinations of patients to determine control or status of chronic conditions &diagnose new conditions.
• Evaluates acute & chronically ill patients & prescribes medications or administers treatment of acute &chronically ill patients.
• With the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), facilitates the completion of medical reclassification & requests for non-formulary medications as necessary
