• Job Name: Customer Service Representative
• Job Location: 2955 N Meridian St Suite 201, Indianapolis, IN 46208
• Shift: Days
• No of weeks: 13 weeks + extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours a week

• Shift Notes: Varied schedule between the hours of 8:00a-8:00p. A late shift (11:30a-8:00p) is required every 2 weeks

Pay rate: $17/hr

Requirements:

• 1 Years of Experience - Required
• Needs to be Burmese speaking - Required - please notate in Profile
• High School Diploma - Required - proof not needed in submission
• 1+ year in a call center - Required

Job Description:

• Meet the Department standard of calls answered, and call documentation entered.
• Assist Members and Providers with questions and concerns.
• Finding Provider(s)/Services for members
• Arrange Transportation for members
• Answer billing/claims status questions; resolve claim issues for members
• Assist with pharmacy issues
• Help Members access community support services
• Verify member eligibility
