Job Description :

Looking for a flexible, part-time Dietitian role ,

• Pay rate: $40/hr
• Job Location: Toledo, OH, 43614
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration of Contract: 1 Year
• Flexible schedule (2 days/week, 24 hours/week average)

Submissions must include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
• Active Ohio Dietitian License
• CPR Certification
• COVID vaccination or exemption

JOB DUTIES IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE:

• Plan, evaluate, and implement regular, special, and modified diets to meet state and federal regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments by reviewing charts, interviewing staff, and consulting with patients.
• Maintain accurate dietary and nutrition records, reports, and treatment documentation.
• Provide nutrition education and training to clients and staff; participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective dietary care and compliance with standards.
