Urgent need for Director of Nursing position for one of our client which is a Health Care,

• Job Location: Seaford, DE 19973
• Shift: Day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
• Note :will be on Call Might have to work on the cart in staffing challenged days
• Minimum years of experience as DON : 1 Year

Pay rate: $70/hr

Job Description:

• Lead the nursing staff in delivering excellent care to patients and offering quality support to the medical staff
• Ensure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for care established by our organization and state and federal laws
• Create new policies and update existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient
• Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible levels of service

Position Requirements:

• BLS Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
• DE State Licensed Required
• 2+ years’ nursing supervisory experience
