Urgent need for Director of Nursing position for one of our client which is a Nursing home,

• Job Location: Marlinton, WV 24954
• Shift: Day (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 12 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience as DON : 1 Year

NOTE: $1000 quick start bonus (has to start 72hrs after the day they were offered),$1000 completion bonus (full 12-weeks).On call as per management schedule

Pay rate: $65/hr

Job Description:

• Lead the nursing staff in delivering excellent care to patients and offering quality support to the medical staff
• Ensure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for care established by our organization and state and federal laws
• Create new policies and update existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient
• Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible levels of service

Position Requirements:

• BLS Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
• WV State Licensed Required
• 2+ years’ nursing supervisory experience
