**Quick Start***

• Job Name: Echo Tech
• Pay Rate: $70/hr
• Job Location: Bakersfield, CA 93306
• Shift: Varied start times, 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday optional weekends and on-call
• Duration of Contract: 3 Months + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours:40 hrs

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time cardiac ultrasound experience or equivalent.
• Experience performing at least 600 cardiac ultrasound examinations.
• RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) certification required.
• Candidates not yet certified must be eligible for certification and obtain RDCS/RCS within 90 days of employment.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Maintain RQI Responder certification and competency.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac ultrasound principles and techniques.
• Proficiency operating and maintaining sonographic imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local sonography regulations

Preferred

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Cardiac Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology program.
