Join our team as an experienced ED RN at Medical Center, caring for patients of all ages on day or night shifts.

• Pay rate: $56/hr
• Job Location: State College, PA 16801
• Shift Options: Days: 12 hr (06:45 – 19:15) & Nights: 12 hr (18:45 – 07:15)
• No of weeks: 14 Weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – current
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – current
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – current
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Job Description

• Assess and triage ED patients, prioritizing care and documenting detailed histories.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans, managing emergencies per ENA standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, procedures, and discharge instructions.
