Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) are needed to provide high-quality emergency care to acutely ill and injured patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting

• Pay Rate: $72/hr
• Job Location: Bakersfield, CA 93306
• Shift: Night shifts (7:00 PM-7:00AM)
• Duration of Contract: 3 Months + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours:36 hrs

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Description:

• Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.
• Quickly assessing patient needs.
• Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
• Performing minor medical operations.
• Cleaning wounds.
• Drawing blood.
