Job Description :

Urgent need for a Emergency Department Registered Nurses (ED RNs) for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay: $58 per hour
• Job Location: Grand Junction, CO 81505
• Shift : Variable/Nights
• Number of Weeks: 13weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours

Requirement :

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CO
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• BLS/BCLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to emergency department patients.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocate for patient needs, preferences, and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
