• Shift: Days(8hrs Shift)
• No of weeks: 13 weeks + extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours a week

Pay rate: $25/hr

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience- Required
• 5+ years of previous recruiting/sourcing experience required, at least 2 of those years directly in physician recruitment - Required
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of team- Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other position applicable software applications, including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions- Required
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - REQUIRED
• UKG or Phenom experience- Preferred

Job Description:

• Assisting and coordinating the development of strategic physician recruitment plans.
• Performing initial interview and screening processes to determine candidates' suitability.
• Hiring Physicians for healthcare organizations.
• Researching and participating in conferences, job fairs, and Physician Recruitment opportunity events.
