Job Description :

Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is Rehabilitation center.

• Job Location: St. Albans, VT 05478
• Shift: 2nd Shift(3:00 PM-11:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 10weeks + Extendable
• Guarantee: 37hrs/week
• NOTE: Locals only

Pay rate: $24/hr

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• 2 years experience - Required
• VT State LNA license Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
