Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: 10 Alice Peck Day Dr, Lebanon, NH 03766
• Shift: Rotating (8 hr shifts)
• Shift Notes: Evenings and/or Nights; 3p-11:30p or 11p-7:30a (must be able to work both shifts)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;
• Emotional support for patient/client;

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• 2+ years experience - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• Travel experience - Preferred
• TEMP NH LNA license in effect - free of charge and results within days after applying
• NH state license Required
