Job Description :

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Clinic.

• Job Location: 273 County Rd, New London, NH 03257
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week Weekends As Needed
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $45/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 2 years or more CURRENT Outpatient/Ambulatory experience - Required
• Clinical Office Experience - Required
• PHONE Triage experience - Required
• EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
• Previous Travel - Preferred
• New Hampshire Compact Allowed
• BLS Certification
