Our client have an urgent need for a LPN School Nurse,

• Job Location: Federal Way, WA 98003
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• No of weeks: 34 Weeks

NOTE: part-time 1:1 nurse Mon-Friday ½ days for Preschooler trach/vent, suctioning, meds, g-tube

Pay rate: $45/hr

Requirements:

• BLS required
• Covid Vaccination required
• Active WA License
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required

Job Description:

• Perform hearing, vision and other health screenings
• Treat students and staff as needed
• Develop care plans for students with ongoing conditions
• Consult with teachers, school administrators and other school staff regarding student care
• Administer medication
• Monitor student immunization records
• Educate students and staff on health procedures
• Help students who have feeding disabilities
