Job Description :

Urgent need for a LPN /LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: 10 Alice Peck Day Dr, Lebanon, NH 03766
• Shift: Varied (8 HR Days/Evenings)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• 2+ years of Med/Surg experience
• Geriatric patient experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• Experience with memory impaired patients - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Travel experience - Preferred
