Job Description :

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Health Care.

• Job Location: Holyoke , MA 01040
• Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Duration of Contract: 7 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 32 hrs/week
• this is a set schedule for 11-7 is every Monday Tuesday Friday and every other weekend it is also required to work the holiday

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 2 years experience Required
• Certified LPN
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have MA State License
