Our client have an urgent need for a LPN,

• Job Location: Federal Way, WA 98003
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• No of weeks: 42 Weeks
• Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• Note: Prof tech position in an elementary school LPN for 21 hours Mon, Tue and every other Thursday.

NOTE: Hours beyond 7.5 in a day or 37.5 in a week require pre-approval from the district. Hours worked on a no student attendance day require pre-approval. Reporting hours and location vary.

Pay rate: $42/hr

Requirements:

• BLS required
• Covid Vaccination required
• Active WA License
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required

Job Description:

• Perform hearing, vision and other health screenings
• Treat students and staff as needed
• Develop care plans for students with ongoing conditions
• Consult with teachers, school administrators and other school staff regarding student care
• Administer medication
• Monitor student immunization records
• Educate students and staff on health procedures
• Help students who have feeding disabilities
