Urgent need for a LVN/LPN for one of our client which is a Clinic,

• Job Location: San Antonio, TX 78227
• Shift: Days (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guarantee Hours: 40 Hour Guarantee
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year
• Shift Notes:must be available all weekends

Pay rate: $38/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
• Accompanies patients to their rooms.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1+Years of Experience - Required
• Must have a positive attitude toward individuals in substance abuse treatment
• BLS - Required
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• Must have TX State License. Compact Allowed
