Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a HealthCare,

• Job Location: Hadley, MA 01035
• Shift: 7:00 AM -3:30 PM
• Duration of Contract: 7 weeks
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $39/hr

Note: Local only, NO TRAVEL

Note : $ 500 completion bonus for 7 week contract.

No more than 2 call out's and no NCNS or tardiness issues or the bonus will be voided.

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 2 years experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• Covid Vaccination Required
• MA State license Required
