Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Nursing and Rehabilitation facility,

• Job Location: Bloomfield, NM 87413
• Shift: Days (5:00 AM-5:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 2 Years of experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• NM State license - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
