Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Nursing home,

• Job Location: Rutland, VT 05702
• Shift: 2nd Shift(2:00 PM-10:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 8 weeks
• Guarantee: 40hrs/week
• NOTE: Local only. Every weekend commitment
• Must have own transportation

Pay rate: $36/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 2 years experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• Covid Vaccination Required
• VT State license Required
