**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Nursing home.

• Job Location: Sistersville, WV 26175
• Shift: (7:00 AM- 7:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract:9 weeks+ Extend
• Guaranteed hours: 36hr guarantee
• Note: local only(works 2-2-3 rotation - every other weekend off one week would be 36 hours, the other week would be 48 hours)

Pay Rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience - Required
• BLS Required
• Covid vaccination Required
• WV State license Required
