**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Assisted Living community,

• Job Location: Bridgeport, WV 26330
• Shift: 7:00 AM- 10:00 PM(Sat-Sun)
• Duration of Contract: 2weeks
• NOTE: Weekends Only

Pay Rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience - Required
• BLS Required
• Covid vaccination Required
• WV State LPN license Required
