• LPN- Days for LTC
• Location: Meeker, CO 81641
• Shift Information: Days-6:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Number of Weeks:13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• HOUSING: SHAREDHousing Available * The housing is furnished and is within the city limits and includes WI-FI and cable.** ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED** NO SMOKING.**

Pay: $45 per hour

Job Description:

• ** MUST HAVE A CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED CO LICENSE**
• LTC experience required** _ MDS Experience preferred
• Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.
