Urgent need for a LPN LTC for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Job Location: Meeker, CO 81641
• Shift Information: NIGHTS
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs
• RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.

Pay Rate: $45/hr

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED CO LICENSE
• LTC experience required * MDS Experience preferred
• HOUSING: SHARED Housing Available * The housing is furnished and is within the city limits and includes WI-FI and cable.** ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED** NO SMOKING.**
