Urgent need for a Home Health LPN for one of our client which is a Home Care,

• Job Location: Newport, VT 05855
• Shift Information: 8am-5pm (M-F)
• Number of Weeks: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs

Pay Rate: $42/hr

Position Requirements:

• OASIS experience required
• Must be currently licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification
• Home Health and Hospice Experience required
• Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
• Must have drivers license in good standing
