**Quick Start**

We have an urgent opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN General) with one of our clients, the Correctional facility,

• Pay rate: $30/hr
• Job Location: Dayton, OH 45417
• Shift: 2nd Shift(12hrs)
• Duration of Contract: 6 months
• Guaranteed hours: 36-40 hrs(Rotating Weekends)
• NOTE: Local only

Requirements:

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Healthcare-professional-level CPR certification.
• Some college education or applicable nursing education.
• Knowledge of practical nursing procedures, pharmacology, patient care, first aid, CPR, HIPAA, and medication administration.
• Ability to recognize unusual or potentially threatening situations and respond appropriately.
• Ability to work independently while following established nursing procedures and treatment plans.
• Ability to walk extensively throughout a large healthcare campus.
• 1+ year of General Nursing experience preferred(not mental health/psychiatric nursing).
