No of weeks: 8 weeks (possibility for extension)
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours a week

Offered rate: $37/hr

Requirements:

• Must have DE State License
• BLS Required
• Covid vaccination Required
• 1 year of LPN experience is also preferable

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
