**Quick Start**

We are seeking experienced LPN – LTC for one of our client which is a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.

• Pay Rate: $45/hr
• Job Location: Haverhill, MA 01830
• Shift : Night (11:00 PM- 7:00 AM)
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours:40Hrs

Position Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Minimum 2* years of experience*
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Current CPR/AED certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders.
• Develop, implement, and update care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
