Job Description :

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in our Skilled Care Unit .

• Pay Rate: $38/hr - $40/hr
• Job Location: Kremmling CO 80459
• Shift : Night Shift
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours:32Hrs
• Housing: Shared furnished employee housing may be available based on availability and facility capacity; no pets, partners, family members, or smoking allowed

Position Requirements:

• Active Colorado LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Skilled Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate individualized patient care.
• Provide nursing care to patients in the Skilled Care Unit.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
