Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Medical Center

Job Location: Tupper Lake, NY 12986

Shift:Varied

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 37.50 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: 2 weekends per 4 week schedule. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL HOLIDAYS

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $45/hr

Job Description:

• Candidates MUST have their own form of transportation as this facility is located in an area where Uber and public transportation are not available.
• TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MAY 26-29, 2023 (Memorial Weekend and Day) IF NEEDED/SCHEDULED. RTO DURING THIS TIME WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
• THIS IS A FIRM VARIED NEED. PLEASE LET YOUR TRAVELERS KNOW THAT ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSDIERED

Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric

EMR: PointClickCare

Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience (must include Geriatric experience) - Required
• Prior travel experience within the last 6 months - Required
• Float will be expected to Rehab & LTC units - Required
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION THIS IS A RURAL AREA AND RENTALS ARE SPARSE
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• New York STATE LICENSE Required
