Urgent need for a LVN/LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: 7122 San Pedro Ave #114 San Antonio, TX 78216
• Shift: Varied
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Shift Notes: Per Diem - 2 Shifts Available - M-F: 3pm-11pm OR M-F: 11pm-7am

(please notate which shift they prefer)

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
• Accompanies patients to their rooms.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ Year of Medication Administration - Required
• BLS - Required
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• Must have TX State License.
