Job Description :

Urgent need for a LVN/LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital

Job Location: San Antonio, TX 78216

Shift: Nights 12 PM – 8AM

Duration of Contract: 12 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hours

Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
• Accompanies patients to their rooms.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) and National Certification - Required
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• Must have TX State License. Compact will also be considered
