Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a OTP Clinic

Job Location: 433 Turk St, San Francisco, CA 94102

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Duration of Contract: 8 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week

Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $45/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Medication Administration - Required
• BLS - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
• Will float between Turk/Market locations
