Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Assisted Living

Job Location: 445 S Valley St, West Branch, MI 48661

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
• Must have MI State License. Compact will also be considered
