Urgent need for a LVN / LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: 433 Turk St, San Francisco, CA 94102
• Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Shift Notes: 6A - 2:30P Mon-Fri, 8A - 12P Sat (8 Hour Days)
• Duration of Contract: 13weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours
• Minimum years of experience: 1 Year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
• Accompanies patients to their rooms.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience - Required
• BLS- Required
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• CAState licensure - Required
• Prior experience with SUD and/or Opioid Addicted Population - Highly Preferred
